An Urgent Message to All Change Card Debit card Account Holders

Our apologies for this terrible situation which has affected all of our card users, we hope to resolve it very soon.

This is a  situation out of our control because the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA)  has suspended the IT platform Wirecard which our card uses.

Dear Customers,

We regret to inform you of a temporary disruption in our services to you.

Effective immediately, you will be unable to use your card and any associated services. Unfortunately this disruption is out of our control and impacting many companies across the financial services sector.  Please rest assured that your money and card details are safe and secure and we are working to have you back up and running as quickly as possible.

What has happened?

On the 26th June, the Financial Conduct Authority suspended permissions for Wirecard Card Solutions to operate, without notice or warning. Wirecard is currently used to issue and process the transactions for your card and therefore this has caused a temporary disruption to you.

What does this mean for you?

Your money and account remain secure and once we’re back up and running we anticipate you will be able to continue using your card as usual. We are working to resolve this issue for you ASAP and we will continue to keep you updated on our progress.
