The Post Office stopped opening new Post office card accounts in December 2015. Since then many card account holders have been requested to find other accounts.
More than 700 new members have joined Rainbow Savers this year. Many, because they have been refused a bank account or have been told to find another account by banks and the Post Office .
30 of our members are now having their Universal Credit processed through Rainbow Savers.
We are working with Peterborough Council to help settle Syrian refugees. If you would like to help this cause, you can donate cash, cheques or bank transfers through the Rainbow Saver Peterborough shop. Please make cheques payable to ‘Syrian Refugee Donations’.
